CME - Phone stays on login screen

Hi Guys,

Have a

C2821

CME ver 7.0

Ext mobility

When I login, the phone will stay at the login page, it does not go to the main screen. I have changed the IOS from 20T to 20T1, then down to 15XZ.

Rebuild the box about 3 times, downloaded new Firmware but no luck.

The wierd thing is though when I added a 7940 it works 100%, the other model are 7975 and 7911.

Please guys Im desperate here.

Do the following for all users:

1) For the IP Phone Agent device, please dis-associate it from the 'Telecaster' user and

the 'RMJtapi' user.

2) Next, reassociate the IP Phone Agent device back to the 'Telecaster' user and the

'RMJtapi' user.

And Reset.

Sorry but is this for CME,

as the problem I have is with my java phones on cme ver 7
