Guys,
I currently have a CUCM5 (5.1.2a) and want to move up to 6.1.2. Is this possible as a straight upgrade or will I need to go to 5.1.3c first. If someone could point me in the direction of the documentation highlighting this I would appreciate it
cheers

Should be a straight upgrade, but you should follow the directions in the release doc.

David,
So just need the PUT but apart from that should be ok. I have done loads of CUCM6.0.X to 6.1.Y upgrades, peace of cake (unless its the CUCMBE)and 4.X to 6 using the DMA but never a 5 to 6, so just wanted to make sure its as straight forward as I thought.
cheers

Hi Paul,
Hope all is well!
Just in case (I'm sure you already know :) Don't forget to Obtain licenses for Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6.1(2) before upgrading to this release. You must import your new licenses after upgrading to enable the system. The Callmanager Service will not start without the 6.x Software Feature License.

Take care and best of luck,
Rob
