BAT Update Users

I am trying to use BAT to update users, specifically the Default Profile and the Primary User Device (for Mobility). I have the correct information in the BAT file and when I run the update I receive no errors, yet the fields do not update. Other fields in the file are udating correctly, for instance the Primary Extension. Are there additional log files that can be looked at in BAT to see what is really happening? Does anyone know a workaround to updating these two fields?

I have this problem too.

You can collect BPS logs in CallManager 5.x/6.x/7.x

You enabled them also from regular trace menu in Serviceability
