HighErrorRate on trunk port

I have a high number of giants on trunk ports. This, in turn, causes CiscoWorks to send a lot of alerts to our e-mails/pagers. Does anyone know why I'm getting these giants packets?

Are you sending Jumbo frames from end-devices?

I found what server is causing it, but just don't know why. Every time this server sends at a high rate (~2000 pkts/s), we get the CiscoWorks alerts. However, the access port connecting to this server doesn't show any giants or errors.

Is this related to this bug CSCec62587?
