CUCME MoH support for mixed 7940-7960 & 7941-7961

I am using callmanger express 7.0 and am attempting to enable MOH.

I have a combination of 7961, 7940, 7960 handsets. I have used the following configuration:

1. telephony-service

2. moh music-on-hold.au

3. multicast moh 239.10.16.4 port 2123

4. exit

5. ephone x

6. multicast-moh

7. end

The music on hold only works for my 7941/61 handsets. What is the issue/required for the

other handsets i.e 7940-7960 ?

run the following and initiate a hold:

debug ephone moh

paste the output back here.

In the meantime replace the multicast moh command with this please:

multicast moh 239.1.1.1 port 16384
