Unity Message Inbox is full...

One of our end user is having a Unity issue where he is being bugged with warning messages indicating that his voicemail box is almost full. The server is fine and he has cleaned out a large number of his voicemails but is still getting the error. Might this be a problem with Unity and AD/exchange taking a while to synch together?

Hi,


Have you checked his mailbox limits and the size of the mailbox (to make sure he has actually deleted messages)?


You could use MSM in Unity(Message Store Manager) to purge the messages from the inbox and set the limits.


Alternatively you can adjust his current settings in Exchange as it sounds as though he is hitting the storage limits which is the reason he's getting a warning..
