MWI for VM

I am running unity 4.2 and CM version 6.1

Unity is set for full UM. Is it possiable to have MWI for voicemail but not when an email arrives?

Hi, sorry it's not clear, do you want to enable MWI for voicemail? of it's working fine but want to enable MWI when an email arrives?

hi

At the moment MWI comes on the phone when a voicemail and any email arrive in the users inbox. we only want MWI when a voicemail is waiting

By default it shouldn't be. I found a topic here related MWI light issue where some problem might be at DC and GC connect issue. You can follow steps one by one to test and reset your settings:

1. Dial the MWI on/off number from your phone, check whether light turns on/off

2. Download DCCG Reconnect Settings tool, install it and and click 'Force reconnect' on both the DC and CG tab,

3. Go to Integration Manager amd resync the MWI sychronization,

4. Restart all unity services (specially AvMsgStoreMonitor,AvUMRSyncSvr) better restart the Unity Service.
