Bacd - no welcome prompt in internal calls

My bacd issue

Attached is my config. I get fast busy tone and Unknown number on display when I dial the pilot number from any CME phone. I can dial hunt-pilot directly and call get routed correctly or give the aa-pilot to hunt-pilot and ring the phones fine. Call in between phones are setup using G711ulaw. I've tried single voip dial-peer with incoming called-address and destination-pattern, reload of router, re-configure script.

Below is the snapshot of bacd config and debug voice application seesion..

I've got exactly the same problem. The same b-acd script won't answer my calls. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Hi,

this is a normal issue:

Probably you attached the "service aa" to a pots dial-peer for incoming pstn call.

you have to do a Voip dial-peer (loopback dial-peer) for the internal ip phone with "service aa" applied. Here an example:

dial-peer voice 8000 voip

description "Voip loopback dial-peer "

service aa

destination-pattern 8000 (for example)

session target ipv4:"ip address cme"

incoming called-number 8000 (for example)

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric

codec g711ulaw

no vad

Please rate if helpful.

HI,

My issue was the bandwidth limitation at GK. My CME was registered to a GK and any call on VOIP DP would go to GK for b/w confirmation. I had set b/w for 1 G.729 call, increasing it to G.711 call made my script work.

Thanks,
