UCM 6.1.2: How to see the logs

Running UCM 6.1.2 cluster.

Currently facing some call drop issue.

Please let me know how to see the logs in UCM 6.1.2 Server.

You'll be able to view the logs through RTMT (Real-Time Monitoring Tool).

Just install the plugin from CallManager and launch the app. Then browse to Tools > Trace > Trace & Log Central.

Double click on "collect files" and you can specify from here exactly what logs from what servers you want to collect.

Download them to a local drive where you can view them.
