Hi all, Im trying to run tandem between my ip communicator and physical phone. As far as I understand from cisco pages. Cisco ip softphone (currently end-of-life) is predecessor of ip communicator. Here is a problem, I found how to adjust tandem on softphone http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cips/1_3/english/quick/guide/quickbkl.html#wp39562 but I cannot find how to adjust it on IP communicator. Do somebody have clue? Thanks a lot.

You can use Cisco IP Communicator in tandem with a Cisco Unified IP Phone to place, receive, and control calls from your desktop PC. All features function in both modes of operation.

The Cisco IP SoftPhone and IP Communicator are a PC based IP Telephony endpoint that offers the ability to make a PC work like a Cisco 7900 Series phone.
