Hi. I am looking for an advanced router that can perform:

1. Load balancing of 2 high speed internet connections (fast ethernet ports).

2. Bandwidth management per LAN port or IP address (minimum of 4 LAN fast ethernet ports).

3. Report on bandwidth usage per ip address or LAN port.

4. Report on ISP down time.

Hi,

For your requirement L3 switch would be good.

For that matter Catalyst 3750 is best.
