LMS3.1 device discovery

We have LMS 3.1 installed on a server and are trying to discover/import network devices that we wish to manage. When I configure the Device Discovery parameters (CDP, IP address, SNMP community) and click Start Discovery the page just refreshes without finding anything. These parameters are the same as configured on the network devices. The network devices are ping-able from teh LMS server and there are no access lists/firewalls between them. Can anyone suggest what I may be doing wrong?

It would be helpful to see your CSDiscovery.log and the NMSROOT/conf/csdiscovery/CSDiscovery-config.xml.

I have attached the files but removed the IP address info because it is Restricted information. I have double checked the IP info and it is correct and the addresses are pingable from the server. Hope this sheds some light?

Please post the output of the pdshow command. Do you have a host-based firewall enabled on this server?
