Headset with softphone and wirless network connection

I am unable to get 2 way audio when I use headset on wireless connection? I can hear the caller but they can not hear me. Can anyway make suggustion on this. Plantronics audio 625 USB

Have you walked through the Audio Tuning Wizard with the headset connected. You may have also have to access the advanced audio features of your PC and disable the built in microphone.

This does not work either. The headset is not compatiable with phones.
