problems with communication when connected via sonic wall vpn on IPC

We have Call manager 6.1. My remote users connect via Sonic Wall VPN client. We can place the call successfully. And the call is completed. BUt their is no communication either way. WE can how ever hear DTMF tones. Just one one can hear eachother. Pleae assist where u can.


I have this problem too.
