I'm using Cisco Works v. 3.0. When I generate a report for with the following settings : [Inventory] [Chassis Summary Graph] some of the devices is without graphical data :

Total number of devices: 173

Devices with Graphical Data: 140

Devices without Graphical Data: 33 ( 172.25.180.45, 172.25.188.4...

If I then try to look one of the devices up using [Device Diagnostic Tool -> Device center] it responds without any problem.

Any ideas why some devices dosen't get displayed in the report?

The devices without data have not had their inventory successfully collected. If you perform an inventory collection for one such device under RME > Devices > Inventory > Inventory Jobs, this problem should go away. However, if you get an error collecting this device's inventory, you may be seeing an RME or device bug.

also verify that none of the devices for which data is missing is listed in RME as an ALIAS, CONFLICTING or SUSPENDED devivce.

RME > Devices > Device Management
