Call Blocking (Toll Bar) Based on Time of Day and Day of Week or Date

In call Manager express Earlier(3.2/3.3/4.1,4.2) Call blocking is supported on IP phones only and not on analog foreign exchange station (FXS) phones.

Now we upgraded the Call Manager express 4.3/7.0 and after upgrade we are not able to make a call from Analog phone connected to FXS port.

How can we solve this issue.

Yes, I can recive and dial the local and national numbers. but i couldnt dial the international calls. when i remove "no after-hours block pattern 1 900" then i am able to make international calls from FXS connected phone. if i put this "after-hours block pattern 1 900" then unable to make international call.
