EM problem with cisco 7936

Hello,


I have installed CCM 6.1 and configured some 7911. I configured EM and users can log/logout fine to those devices.

then tried to put in work some 7936, the problem is I can't use EM with these device. I configured user profiles and logout profiles for the 7936 but when I try to log to them the screen displays :

"[11] device does not exist". I was obliged to fit them with staticly assigned DNs

Sadly, Extension Mobility is not supported on 7935 or 7936 IP Conference phones :(

I am curious to know why are we able to create device profiles for 7936 phones, if we can't use EM with theese devices.

I wish that I had the answer for this, but I do not. One of the many mysteries of IPT I guess ;-)
