Has anyone got this working. It seems you add an Application user and assign it to the device and in Connection create this CTI user in the phone system set up as well as adding the feature to the user, - nothing else. However when you use the messages button on CCM you only get the voice prompt press 1 to listen etc , the screen of the phone 7941 does not change from the normal off hook display. I played around with the authenticate URL on both connection and ccm pointing it to Connection http://x.x.x.x:8080/ccmcip/authenticate.jsp as someone mentioned this as well. Do you not need to assign the CTI user to any ports in CCM?

I have phone view working with Unity and it was not difficult. Here are the steps I found for connection and should be about tne same.

I've pretty much followed the guide for UC7/CUCM6 and am still having problems with PhoneView. Did you ever get this working?

I found a post on netpro where someone says It's supported only by UC7/CUCM 7
