Unable to gather data during Site Survey on WLSE Express

I am trying to use the Assisted Site Survey on our WLSE Express. I can get to the point where I can do my Walkabout with the client and gather data. Upon doing the client walkabout I can 'never' gather any data.

Any Thoughts?

I have even purchased a Cisco WIreless card in hopes that this will be the answer.

Anyways, we need to do some sort of site-survey to help us setup our APs.

If you do not perform a client walkabout, you must enter a floor plan that includes the distances between APs

Instead of using Client Walkabout, you can use the Assisted Site Survey wizard, which is part of Location Manager, to walk you through the process of determining the optimal radio transmit power and channel selection. This wizard interface steps you through AP radio scan, client walkabout, and radio parameter generation
