Hi!
The 7941 is a 3rd generation phone, some enhancements are:
- backlit phone line buttons (amber, green, red) to indicate line state
- higher resolution grayscale display
- additional fonts that support unicode and double-byte characters
- more intuitive icons
- Enhanced ? Button Help
- Feature Menu Display
- Enhanced Directory Features
For more information you can check th 7941 data sheet:
Here's a tutorial:
http://www.cisco.com/comm/applications/CCNP/qlm/7941/index.htm
Here you will find Enhancements and some comparisson between the 7940 and the 7941G
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/phones/ps379/products_user_guide_list.html
And the 7941 does not support MGCP protocol, only SCCP and SIP
HTH, if it does, please rate! :)
