We have remote branched connected via Cisco VoIP.
We need to have a regular B1 line installed for security line telephones, but Verizon is saying they cannot install a POTs line in these sites.
They suggested using a UNE-P line instead.
What is a UNE-P line and can it be plugged into an FXS port like a regulat POTs line?

Hi!
That's a Unbundled Network Elements Platform (UNE-P)it's used for residential local telephone service and yes you can use it on an FXS.
HTH, if it does, please rate! :)
