how much packet loss to drop a call

We're doing some analysis on various aspects of our networks. We've run into some call drop issues. What I'm trying to find out is at what point is a call dropped. Once the UCM negotiates the call and the devices directly connect, how much packet loss between them will actually cause a call to drop? What tells the device that the call is lost? In military networks we've seen calls maintained through high latency, high packet loss networks. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

For IP Phone to IP Phone calls, once call is already established CUCM doesnt check for any RTP?RTCP counters to drop or not the call, it just connectes the endpoints, IP Phones dont have that capability to drop the call based on stats on the fly.
