We have just installed CM 6.1. We are running into a small problem. Forward no answer internal and Forward no answer external are treated the same if a call comes into the receptionist and she transfers it to another extension. We'd like it to ring 25 seconds then transfer back to the receptionist if it's an external call. But internal calls can just ring until the caller hangs up. Right now all calls ring 25 seconds then transfer back to the receptionist.
Sadly, once the External call has been answered by reception and then transferred it is viewed as an Internal Call :(
