I added meetingplace express like a conference bridge on CUCM6.1. It's possible do video-conference with meetiplace express?

Yes it is possible. Cisco Unified MeetingPlace® Express VT is an integrated voice, video, and video-conference solution for Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6.1 environments .
