Solved: ACS v4.0 backup

Hi

I am using acs v4.0 and I have scheduled the backup , my problem is that the scheduled backup works for 3 weeks and then it stops ,after that I have to do it manually after that again the automatic backup starts i do not have any hard disk space problem - can any body help me

I have seen this issue before and was able to recreate it. There is bug for this marked as unreproducible. CSCse52276 : Externally found moderate defect: Unreproducible (U)

As a workaround schedule backup for twice a week and that should work fine.

Is there anything showing up in your ACS backup log that gives any indication of an issue?

I dont get any failure message in the logs.
