Click'n dial and CCM 4.1

Hi everybody,


I have a problem to dial number with Click 'n Dial.


I use the application with a Mobility Device Profil and not a Fixed profil and has tick the CTI control for the user and has the Extension Mobility activate for the Cisco phone 7960.


I can configurate Click 'n dial with the login and password of the user and it seems OK but when I want to use it an error message appear "No device configured for this user".


Someone can help me ? Thanks.

This message appears when no device association is found for a user. In order to resolve this issue, associate a device/phone with the users in the Global Directory of the Cisco CallManager Administration page. In order to do this, complete these steps:

Choose the user configuration page under Global Directory from the Cisco CallManager Administration page.

On left side, choose Device Association.

Associate a phone with the user.
