VG224-FXS port keeps ooff-hook

Hi,

I have 3 out of 24 VG224 ports stuck in off-hook status. I resetted the port 7 main gateway (mgcp). Version of ios is as below

vg224 Software (vg224-I6S-M), Version 12.4(5b), RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2).

I usually experience this problem on other VG224 also but randomly.

Any help!!!!

This may be because DSP is unable to detect the on-hook signal correctly.

Try resetting DSP / reloading the router.
