I have tried to set up Ip Phone Messenger in a lab environment. I have followed every step in this configuration guide: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cups/6_0_1/install_upgrade/deployment/guide/dgcucm.html
The problem is that the service dont show up in the ip phones. I click on the globe to find services but its not there. The list is empty and it says host not found.

check ur phone configuration on the service url
i guess point to a domain name which is unresolved by the phone
you can resolve it by pointing a dns which are able to resolve the hostname or change your "url services" to point to ip address instead, under enterprise parameters config
reset your phone after that
