Cisco Contact Centre CCX5.0.2

hi all

i have a CCX cluster IPCC1 and IPCC2

after i made the add to cluster setup the folowing situation apares

ipcc 2 looks like is not licensed , i receive an advice that i shouldn't add the license to the second IPCC so i did not.

(the license is added to the first IPCC1 is premium license and H.A)

CRS Agent Datastore on the second server is not activeted because when i made the add to cluster setup it was already marked so i belived that it will be activeted.

tomorow i must do a test to see if the standbay server works , the cluster is in production so i don't have mutch time to test it,

if it doesn't work in this configuration i want to do 2 things.

1. Activate the CRS Agent Datastore

and maybe

2. Add the licenses.

Do u have any advice?

P.S i will uploade some images IPCC11 and IPCC12 the way it looks cluster from IPCC1

A good way of checking would just to be to open the sql enterprise manager and see if there is any agent replication being performed.

I am not sure why it went into that state but check if its enabled or not via the SQL enterprise.

A change you can try making is finding the agent datastore activation under CET under the assuming that its working and ensure that the component is activated there.

However if your not confortable I suggest engaging tac to perform this.
