ICM Internet Script Editor not working

we have hosted ICM.

i have recently installed Internet script editor and it works fine for one CICM but not for the other one and gives error.

error: cannot communicate with web server.

When you say "other one" do you mean the NICM or another CICM?

Does the AW you are connecting to have both ICM instances running on it, or do you have connections to 2 different AWs?

Have you tried switching the instances using Select AW?

ya i can change the Instance using AW.

but still i am not able to connect to the other Instance using ISE

i can connect to the NAM also.

Are both CICM instances in the same domain? Do they share credentials? Can you use Script Editor on the AW, after using Select AW?
