Trendmicro DCS is the only thing thats supported I think. In MARS 6.x support for the ASA CSC module has been added I think, which is based on TrendMicro. So I think it would be relatively easy to map those CSC events to standalone trendmicro products. But this will require a user-defined parser (altough it could use the existing CSC event mappings).

Squid also I think is natively supported in MARS, check the user guide.
