CWLMS 3.0 Eating up memory and stopping/starting processes

I just installed CWLMS 3.0 on a client server that has 4gig worth of memory. Since the install the client has noticed major spikes in memory (over 75%) due to account "causer" constantly stopping and starting processes. Is there a bug with 3.0 or a patch that I need to fix this problem?

Exactly what processes are eating up the memory, and which are stopping and starting? You will need to map the PID from the Task Manager to the PID in the pdshow output to get the actual LMS process involved.

Note: part of normal LMS operation is to spawn jobs which are Java processes. These job processes will terminate when finished, freeing resources back to the operating system.
