If my costumer have a solution witch CCX5.0 Standard with 10 agent in the packaged with the CAD, and now the costumer wants to add on another 10 agent, he orders the re-packaged. The costumber will have a problem with the installation of this 10 new agente in the same server?
Not sure what you mean by "orders the re-packaged", you can always add more agent seats to an existing environemnt, simply order additinal license for 10 agents.
The "repackaging" that took place at 5.0(2) is separate from your customer's need to add additional seats. You can order additional seats at 5.0(1) and continue using CAD; however, if the customer upgrades to 5.0(2) or beyond they must upgrade to Enhanced or begin using IPPA as the CTI license is no longer included in Standard.
