How to monitor the status of user through IPPhones????

The user who using 7961+7914,7961 only and 7941 wanted to monitor the status of other users', such as talking,idle etc.

Whereas i only know to use those phone buttons as lines or speeddial, how to use these buttons for status monitoring according to the button's light color?

Hi, under the ephone-dn you want to monitor configure allow watch

e.g.

ephone-dn 2 dual-line

allow watch

then on the ephone of the 7914 use the 'm' separator e.g.

you may need to restart the phones.
