CCX5.0(2)-Call Distribution

Hi!

I call the trigger number and a welcome prompt is displayed but after that the call is not distributed to any agent phone even though the scrip tells so.

What could be the problem?

How many scripts are you using and how many are reflecting this behavior? How often does this occur?
