Can some clear up a question for me.. The JTAPI, CTI manager can handle 2500 associations, If I have a 7960 with 4 lines, does that count as one or four agaisnt the 2500. I know you can eight cti managers running , 2500 pers server with a 10,000 total I am just trying to figure out the sizing.. The srnd guide appears to say one dn is one association so a 7960 woth 4 lines would be 4.

Hi Mike,

if the lines are each associated with the JTAPIUser, it would be 4 indeed.

Thank you,. I was into a bit if a design battle,,, I have 8000 physical phones with at least two lines each... I said I need two clusters due to the 10,000 max per cluster, which if you do the math , you have 8 cti managers 2500 per cti manager, thats 20000 but that is really 10k prom 10k backup so to get the 16k I need you really need a second cluster.
