blocking SMTP traffic to gmail etc.

I have a ASA 5510, I am looking to block all SMTP traffic to any domain other than our own (ie. gmail).

How would I go about doing this?

Would I configure an ESMTP inspect map? Or would this be easier to do simply by blocking DNS queries for these sites.

Ideally it would be great to have a wildcard wherein only matches to our domain are accepted and all others blocked.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you looking to block SMTP outbound from your users? or are you trying to restrict who can send email to you?

Sorry, I'll try to be clearer.

I'm trying to block outbound SMTP to any SMTP service except the one provided to us by our ISP.
