Keeping UCCX historical data?

Is this statement possible? I have continuously lost historical data…how do you move it to a new server/supported by Cisco?

Build (2) new Unified Contact Center Express 7.0(1) platforms/servers to replace UCCX 4x. All existing UCCX 4.x call flows, prompts, messages and other aspects of the existing IPCC express infrastructure will be duplicated to the new 7.0 express.

Historical Data for reporting will be migrated forward.

Sorry, you cannot migrate the historical data on new UCCX version, your only option at this time is to put it on another server and develop crystal reports or other tools to run it reports against it. I heared Cisco is working on a tool to allow for the migration in the future, we'll see.

HTH,

Chris
