Require UK ringtone

Unanswered Question

Hi all,

I'm configuring fax detection for a customer on there router so that they are one ddi for voice and fax. Now I have got this working but when calling a ddi it plays a US dialing tone with a women stating 'please wait your call is being completed' something like that. It plays this for nine seconds and then starts to ring the actual phone.

Does anyone have a simple of a UK ringing tone? I would like it to play this so that as far as the user is concerned they will not notice any difference in the call.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks

Marc.

Have you installed the UK Locale across all your CUCMs? Also ensure that the user and network Locale on the device is configured for UK, the default is US. This only possible if the UK Locale is installed.

The following is a URL to the locale installers for each CUCM version. You will require a CCO Id:-

http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/sw-center/telephony/callmgr/locale-installer.shtml

Refer to the following URL which details using Locales with CUCM 4.2.3, the same would be applicable for installing locales on 5.x and 6.x :-

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/loc_inst/4_x/loci423.html
