CTI Route Status Not Found in CCM 4.3

Hi.


I have a CCM 4.3 with a CRS 6.0 ( IVR )

i create in CRS Server :

Jtapi Provider

Jtapi Call Control Group

Jtapi Trigger

and i see this information in my CCM. This is ok.


But when i see the status of the CTI Route always is "Not found".


Any "idea". Can you help me?
