Hi guys, need some help here. I am looking for a router which can do the following task and features, please advice if there's any router match with my requirement.

1) The Cisco router must be able to perform dynamic bandwidth partition

where certain IP range is allocated to certain percentage when it comes to

bandwidth burst.

In normal situation, if the lower priority partition is not used, the

higher priority partition can burst to other less priority partition.

2) When the current connection is down , The router will trigger the ISDN connection automatically.

Pls advise.
