The customer has 3 Cat2960 and LMS 3.0.1. He tried to fetch configs from all devices in his network and all is OK. But only for Cat2960 is state of job partially successful. I'm sending you the error messages as the attachement. The credentials for these switches are OK - snmp and SSH.

The first two failures indicate a problem with the archive. Often times the solution for this is to remove the device from RME, then re-add it. The third error points to a problem fetching vlan.dat. In order to get more details about these errors, you will need to enable ArchiveMgmt Service debugging under RME > Admin > System Preferences > Application Loglevel Settings, then look at the dcmaservice.log.
