Problem with Connector for Microsoft CRM 4.x

We have Callmanager 6.1 Standart, we want to connect it with Microsoft CRM 4.0

We have server with MS Windows Enterprise Server 2008 64bit and MS CRM 4.0 on it.

On this server we tried to install CiscosMSCRMCallConnector410.

During install we are stuck with this erorr:

DEBUG: Error 2835: The control ErrorIcon was not found on dialog ErrorDialog is error which mean some package is not working during instaltion. This is an intermittent problem that occurs when installation or upgrading the media driver during installation. This error would happen when the driver was trying to be updated and some other app still had the driver open.Try the bug id CSCdx51632.
