We have a small Callmanager Express implementation with Unity Express. We are forwarding voicemail to folk's email, which is working fantastically. However, the voicemail is left on the CUE system.
Is it possible to forward the message to email, and then delete the message from the CUE system? We often have users out of the office for months at a time, so leaving the message in the CUE system unnecessarily takes up space.
