Can we have some way to prompt users to enter FAC code,such as voice prompt or text prompt? As u know, when FAC needed, it only shows ***** on the phone screen, users don't know what it mean.
no way to do so, that is more on the end user education side than a config change. you'll have to explain them what it means and how to use it
