ASA VPN SITE TO SITE INQUIRY ( 2 REMOTE NETWORK SAME IP)

Dear Experts,

I have a question about the ASA Site to Site VPN.

Assume I need to connect 2 remote sites by using the site to site VPN.

Remote Site A. 220.1.1.1 (Internal 192.168.1.X/24)

Remote Site B. 69.1.1.1 (Internal 192.168.1.X/24)

Remote Site A and B with also using the same private IP range, how can I avoid the crash of IP when using the VPN or can ASA identify which IP for which site?

(For example: 192.168.1.4(Client of Remote Site A), when I need to use the service of 192.168.1.4, can the ASA identify the 192.168.1.4 is one of the clients of Remote Site A?

Any Solutions or suggests?

Thanks

Chris,

In order to overcome the issue of duplicate subnets, you can NAT the IPSEC Traffic at the VPN Servers.

Please refer the below URL's for configuration details:
