ASA problem

Dear Sir,


I am having some problem. We have a remote server which is ibm web system manager. From local lan we can access it. but when we try from below ASA we can't get it. I am attaching here two jpg file. And my service policy configuration is like below.

Can you provide more information about your network set up so that I will be able to understand your issue better and help you. Also check if the routes are configured properly and the access-lists are configured with proper permissions as one of these may be the reason for this issue.
