Calls getting "Stuck" on lines in Call Attendant

In call attendant a call will come in to one of the 6 lines and it will be taken, however once the call is finished it will still appear on one of the lines and so the line cannot be used all day until the phone is powercycled or the pc is rebooted.

Would a reinstall of this software possibly work?

I have this problem too.

A re-install may fix the problem but this is more than likely a TCD (Telephony Call Dispatcher) or AC user problem.

Can you still receive calls on the AC phone (AC GUI) after this line is unavailable?

Do all the AC users in your organisation have the same problem or is it just this one user?

It may be worth checking their phone is properly associated with the AC user in CallManager and then re-starting the TCD service out of hours?

Yes they can receive calls from the outstanding lines and its only affecting this user.

I will probably try a reinstall first out of hours...

BTW Tim you also helped me via Intact - via Logicalis some time ago, a bit of a coincidence!

Have you moved companies (can't remember who you worked for)?

Actually still at the same place (Wolseley).

Btw, a simple phone reset from the manager solved this one!
