Registration Failure

My callmanager 4.1 can no longer register a new phone. The total number of phones registed to the callmanager is just 50. When I configure a new phone and connects it, it will be confiruring IP continuously or registering continuously. When I reset a phone that is already register to factory default, the phone also could not come up again. Can anyone help?

What have you checked already (are all the services started in CallManager serviceability)?

Have you also checked the DHCP scopes for these phones?

try re-starting the TFTP service on CUCM. I have had some that get hung up for whatever reason.

Are you using Auto-Register for your phones. If so you need to delete the auto regsitered numbers(they do not delete by default) and try again.
