My customer has a verion 5 UM integration with 6.1 callmanager. When they get a voicemail in their exchnage inbox, they also get a notification message (2 emails). How do I turn the notification off?
In each subscriber I only have notification ticked for urgent VMs only, so not sure why each and every message is also getting this notification.

under the advanced settings from unity tools there is an option to enable/disable the notification

Maybe a stupid question, but I've just looked down the list of features in that tool and can't spot which one to change. Could you point me in the right direction.

Rob, Does that thread refer to just turning off the 2nd email (notification) or is it for both emails (VM and notification). I just want to remove the notification, not the email containg the actual voicemail.
